Bob sent me an e-mail at about 7:30 saying he would be on in a half hour - should be on by now unless he is running into problems.  Should be running several watts into his top loaded vertical (90' tower with a 300' flat top for loading).
Keep in mind he's running a vfo so frequency of 187.5 is only approximate.
