That's cool. I'm working on a 120w output Class D amp that will work for
600, 1750 & 2200 meters. I hope to have it running in a few days. Had
some issues with a 10kc noise signal out of my transverter and have that
filtered out now but the signal level went down below what my amp takes
for a drive signal. I have a new IC coming in Friday to fix that
problem. The amp did put out a solid 120w on the Bird when I was testing
it before I found the noise. Fried a couple sets of FET's before I
tracked down the noise issue. I was testing it on 506kc. Also built a 1w
linear amp that I want to use for QRP. It's tested and works fine, just
needs to go in an enclosure. I've improved my receive setup here greatly
so have no issues with hearing weak signals on the bands now. Hopefully
I can get an audible signal out your way when the lightning season
settles down...hi hi...

What's your CW schedule on 2200 meters? I would like to try to hear you
guys chatting with my new rig.

73s,
Mike
