[Lowfer] XGR/2 /3 QSO Tonight

Jay and I will do another QSO tonight on 508.500 kHz at 0200 UTC (9 PM 
EST). The first 10 minutes or so will be PSK63F, and the remainder will 
be PSKFEC31.

Reports are welcome. The most useful thing would be the QSO...txt file 
in the the /Multipsk/QSO directory. Pick the one for today's date. That 
will eliminate the need for screenshots or cutting and pasting. Ralph is 
particularly interested in reports from New England, NY and so forth.
