[Lowfer] WD2XES WOLF 137.577 Tonight

I'm posting this to the 600 meter group only to catch those who reported 
WOLF reception on XGR/3 the other night. Replies should probably go to 
me directly, or to the Lowfer reflector.

WD2XES will run WOLF(10) on 137.577 kHz tonight from about 0000Z to 
0300Z. Note that this is the standard 10 bit/sec data rate for WOLF. I'd 
suggest a maximum of 12 frames per capture. 8 might be more reasonable 
for North American listeners. Reports are welcome.
