[Lowfer] A question about NDBs

Hi Dave,
The Canadians use the 400 Hz offset; almost all USA beacons are still +/-
1020 Hz. As such, an aircraft radio works the same no matter what the offset
is; just a slightly different pitch that the pilot hears for Canada vs. US.
The radios still use AM mode to receive the NDB's.
