[Lowfer] W3EEE Grabbers

Steve has been tinkering with the grabber screens at 
http://www.w3eee.com . Of particular interest is the "Live Lowfers" 
screen centered on 185.3 kHz. It now has a history panel at the bottom, 
showing reception levels for the last 24 hours. This feature has been on 
the 137.777 grabber for a long time, and it's kind of neat to get a 
summary of the past night's activity.
