[Lowfer] XEB 187.7 beacon

Thanks. I'm listening to "Scarborough Fair" on 162 kHz, but the crashes 
are pretty loud. At the moment, the crashes are 20 over 9 on 187.7 in CW 
mode. The background noise is only about S1! Will give a listen later on.
