[Lowfer] Call for Beacon Updates

It's nearing deadline for The LOWDOWN again, so this is a good time to
ensure our online listings are current as well...not only LowFERs, but also
MedFERs/HiFERs.

LowFERs (especially Part 15)--If you have already shut down for the season,
or will be doing so, please let us know.

MedFERs/HiFERs--We've got some very badly out-of-date entries there.  Check
your listing at http://lwca.org/sitepage/part15 and especially note the date
of your last update.

Even if everything is unchanged, we need to hear from you at least once a
year to confirm that all is well.  Otherwise, I've got to trim out the
deadwood.  There's no point in listing hypothetical stations.  DXers deserve
to be monitoring for signals that they might actually stand a chance of
copying.
