[Lowfer] Synchronization Software.

I asked about this on a previous list with very un-satisfactory results.  I
should have asked here...

I am looking for software to synchronize a PCs clock using a 1 PPS reference
OR NMEA-0183 data through a serial or parallel port either every n minutes
or by request.  I'm guessing using NMEA-0183 would be better as I wouldn't
have to "catch" the tick manually.

My requirements are the following:

IBM PC
DOS 6 or 6.22
Windows 3.1 or 3.11

No modem
No network
No Internet connection

Just a good old fashioned failsafe computer system...

Not surprisingly, my request on another list resulted in lots of software
for W98 on up with massive networks, servers and constant internet
connections.  : (

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
