The caring people at Sympatico.ca are most distressed by your recent
comments. Of course we don't simply immediately forward email to you. ISP's
who do that simply have no regard for their customers. We take a more
holistic approach to email than any other provider, including the following
customer-centric procedures:

1. All email that contains advertising is immediately sent to you over our
fastest pipeline. While we don't screen such email, we understand that many
of our customers WANT to enhance certain parts of their anatomy, and can
brook no delay in their quest.

2. In line with the above, we find that most people are trying to increase
the frequency of use of that anatomical feature. Hence, any emails with the
keywords "low frequency" or "LF" are delayed for further processing.
