[Lowfer] Strong carrier 13.565 tonite

I have seen this strong carrier the last couple of nights.   It appears
to have sidebands, perhaps 60 hz hum ?   2:17 GMT 

 

My location is just outside of St. Louis about 20 miles due west.

 

Weather here is heavy overcast and light rain not the best receiving
conditions, but the carrier is really strong.
