[Lowfer] 137 overnite

I ran an over an overnite on the 137 window and had copy on Joe
VO1NA(137.777.08) and Eric XFX(137.780.8)
Joe was in and out most of the nite with best copy about 0740z and Eric
showed as early as 0400z but was very nice copy at 0920z
I was also seeing XES(DFCW 137.779) early in the evening 0230z but he either
went off or faded out after that..
