	Laporte in "Radio Antenna Engineering" gives a chart showing the
effectiveness of a ground radial system as the function of the number of
radials.  4 are a lot better than 2, 8 are better than 4, but after that
the differences don't appear to me to be worth the trouble.  Of course,
if you have room and wire the more the merrier!  I only have room for
TWO!!!!!!!
