[Lowfer] HiFER LP On Cloudbuster!

Just to make things more interesting I have also placed a second beacon 
using my PC-VFO 4 mw output
and my vertical antenna. This beacon will be just below the SawTooth 
pattern on 13.5549.72 Mhz.
Sending QRSS3 LP and CW ID at 15 wpm. The CW id  is about every 2 minutes.
I am really curious to see how the 2 beacons compare!
