[Lowfer] Spectran V2 build 212

Hello all,

  I have uploaded this afternoon V2 build 212 of Spectran to the
weaksignals site, which is : http://www.weaksignals.com

It has many differences from V1, the most notable being that no
more interfacing with the sound card mixer is done, thus solving
all the compatibility problems that V1 of Spectran has had with
some "difficult" sound cards or chips.
For a complete list of the new features, please go to the Web site.

Those who have downloaded build 210 or build 211 in the past
days (I was doing some tests) please download build 212 which
has some errors corrected.
