	This topic has gone on so long I'll add another irrelvent note.  Many
years ago several guys who worked in my area in Hughes Aircraft got into
making wine at home.  To do that legally requires a license which is
simply a matter of application.  One of the guys, a PHD mathematician
with no common sense at all, decided to make brandy and called up the
appropriate agency and asked if that was legal.  The question came back
"Who are you, where do you live?" and he gave the correct information
without giving it any thought.  A few days later he came to work
complaining that his rights had been violated because the "revenooers"
came to his front door with a search warrant.
