Mike S, I don't see anything in there about a big tank coil in the back
woods.... do you? :)
Didn't Section 15.219 arise many years ago from the need to regulate the
broadcast band black- box transmitters (two or three tubes?) that used to be
available from electronic supply houses like Allied Radio? I can remember
back in the late 50s helping a friend set up such a transmitter on his
college campus... and there was something in the instructions about
attaching an antenna wire no longer than 3 meters. Could this have been a
Miesner (sp?) transmitter?

PS: Those with wavering resolve should check out the Grabulator from time to
time. Think you will be seeing Wm at normal strength for some time to come.
