Not too terribly surprised here, alas.  Reckon the tophat on my next MedFER
vertical will consist of a disk of copper, the single radius of which will
add to the vertical run for a total of 3m.  Sure would sleep poorly if I had
been running a 200 foot "Part 15" LF loop, though.

Any chance of getting the individual to forward the entire FCC response to
