[Lowfer] FCC Comments on antenna length!

   From the text it appears that under these guidelines the total length of
the conductor connected to the transmitter feedpoint can not exceed 15
meters period.
   I read it to say a 15 meter by 15 meter loop is considered 60 meters of
conductor.
   The don't ask policy worked well....until someone asked.
