[Lowfer] PSK Update

Jay, Dex and I have been playing with the lower speed PSK options in
Spectrum Lab. Thus far, I've been doing the transmitting, but that should
change in the next few days.

Over the 71 mile path to Jay, PSK31 is very usable during the day, but
pretty rough at night. PSK08 is solid during the day, but has some holes at
night. The holes might be ignored for a QSO, however. PSK02 is pretty solid
during the day, and quite bulletproof at night. Jay has some electrical
noise problems that can trip it up at night, but otherwise it's very steady.
PSK02 appears to be faster and a little more solid than Jason over this
path.

Dex has copied some fragments of my PSK02 over our 671 mile path. Not much
to rave about, but at least there's hope.

I have tried PSK01 with Jay, with both of us selecting PSK02, and changing
the symbol rate from 2.00 to 1.00. The nighttime results have been
intermittent. This mode would require a lot of frequency (and phase)
stability, and further tweaking is necessary, probably in the daytime.

That's where it stands for now. TAG will be running PSK02 on 185.800 until
Thursday morning, when I will shift to a Minnesota speed for Jay's
entertainment during the day. PSK02 will probably continue during the
nights, unless Jay or Dex wants to transmit. In that case, I'll shut up.
(Probably a good idea).
