I ordered mine this morning!

I did have a brief email exchange with George regarding this. They are 
currently in stock and ready to ship.

I also mentioned the marginal .02 Hz frequency steps and commented that I 
wished they had built a AD9854 unit, giving many more features and sub 
millihertz frequency steps. Among other things, better phase control and 
the availability of an I/Q output are available on the AD9854.  George 
commented that they were working on a 9854 version and he directed me to
