[Lowfer] HIFERS IN DM04

Been listening to the 13.5 band since about local dawn.  HI came
through fine but never heard YEN.  Further down in the band NC and MP
have been booming in and I notice that NC has drifted down about 30 Hz
or so and is now lower than MP.  There's another signal about 15 Hz
lower than MP but haven't ID'd it.  As of 8:47 AM local NC and MP are
still in there but fading and the downward drift of NC quite noticeable
on the Spectran display.
