[Lowfer] WEB frequency

John,

I have a line real close toWEBs freq also!
I have camped on his freq a few times recently and have had no luck.
The line does seam to subside at times. Also have some other strange
stuff that comes on late at night for an hour or so then disappear.

I am hoping that I can get a better copy of WEB then I had in Nov. before
the season end.
