[Lowfer] Ham Radio Restructure Proposal

I have read the League proposal for restructure along with it's 
intended benefits.  When you look at how the hobby has evolved
over the last 46 years with both US and european programs, the
proposal by the league makes sense.

Those interested in quality high speed cw will continue to embrace 
it and others that desire it will develop the capability...that's called 
continuous improvement. There are so many aspects of the hobby
for hams to specialize in...there is room for all.

In view of the ageing ham population together with the constant 
attacks by others for control of spectrum...why not do it?
