"I like hard exams for the more privileged operators. One easy entry
exam for
the Novices and then pour on the difficulty so the Extra Class is tough
as
hell to achieve like it was years ago. Crank up the code speed as well.
I
worked my butt off to pass that 20wpm exam; I studied day and night for
the
theory. I achieved 31 or 32wpm while working VHF CW and I am damn proud
of
it. I no longer am up to that speed but fully intend to get back to that
level again.

P.S. The speed will come back with less effort than you might think. 
Just listen to some of the guys on 40M who are using keyboard "senders"
at 45 wpm or so; you'll be surprised at what you start to pick up.
