[Lowfer] Bad operating practices/XFX update

Actually I kind of like it
a quick read indicates the combining of the Advanced and Extra
I up graded to advanced whilst the 13 WPM were in effect and 
have the extra book but havent taken the wrapping off yet.
There are several sections that I would need to review to 
get above the 70 % mark,, and there are some bad questions in the pool
as well.     ( almost like jeopardy ) 

If the idea is to " improve thy self to reach Nirvana " than this idea
may work better than the older licensing set up
