Had one of those turkeys come through town on 2m with an echo mike. One of
the regulars (old-timer) on the repeater told the guy it sounded like he had
a radio problem.  Getting audio feedback sounded like an echo.....DUH....
After which the idiot went on to tell how he had just got this mic wired up
at the truck stop.  Had echo, roger beep and could crank up the modge to
make the radio really talk. Needless to say no one else said a thing as the
guy passed through town.  Although I must admit I did get a good laugh.

Keep the shinny side up and the rubber side down good buddy!!
