Why not give the entry level novices 100 Hz and 100 mw to do what they want
with, or even 1w and 1 KHz. If they can fit voice into that, more power to
them. I suspect they would investigate alternative modes such as we do. I
dread the day I hear those echoing microphone things on the Ham bands.
