[Lowfer] WEOH signal plots

I am uploading new images at half-hour intervals. So far I've been keeping
local copies of the JPEG captures, but only on an hourly basis, so there are
some gaps in coverage. I also try to save each night's plot file in the
morning, before too much of the data is pushed out of the buffer (the buffer
only holds about 10 hours' worth of data). The plot file contains a
continuous time history of the overnight run.

I haven't used Rapido, but would expect that you simply tell it to grab the
weoh-plot.jpg files as they appear at the web address.
