[Lowfer] WEOH signal plots

My DSS satellite receiver puts out a horrible, broad signal around 165 kHz.
I'm not even sure that's the fundamental, but fortunately there are no other
harmonics in the LowFER band. The harmonics from that thing are S7 on 80
meters.

Bill, I don't think the wild signal variations I'm seeing are caused by
movement in Mike's loop, although that could mess up the measurements. At
the moment the wind is less than 8 MPH and the temp is -10 F. I'll run some
plots during the day tomorrow when the skywave propagation supposedly is not
a factor, and I expect that signals will be stable then.
