[Lowfer] WEOH signal plots

I tied back the side by the kennel but not the other side, which moves a bit
in the wind. The wind has dropped to about 5mph now. I can see the relative
signal inside and also see the loop current move around when the loop is
moving. The current changes no more than 10ma at its worse. That sure makes
it fun to peak it with the variable cap. I am glad I got it peaked when the
wind calm.

Mike, did you put a tie-down on the lower west section that is in 90% in
space? If this moves, side to side, with the wind, not only will the
resonance point move up and down, but also the null location (straight north
and south) will also move around.
