[Lowfer] multiple transmitters allowed?

Are we allowed to have multiple transmitters, each running the full legal
limit (1 watt)? I would think this is ok, as long as we have separate
antennas for each transmitter. Since lowfer transmitters are not licensed,
I wonder if they could object to this?
It's clear that frequency agility and the ability to qsy in millihertz
steps is an asset, the watering hole probably wouldn't be the watering hole
without it.
I'm wondering whether anyone has considered coordination of transmitter
frequency AS A G-R-O-U-P effort (perhaps on a regional basis)? By this I
mean that a cluster of stations would time sync and transmit specific
signals. When viewed by a receiving station (using ARGO or similar), the
combined signals would make a distinctive display, perhaps a 5 cornered
star, a Y, W, Z or maybe a complete circle. The advantage is that all
stations occupy the same channel and that anyone receiving the signal would
know which stations were being heard by the look of the capture-stations
would not have to identify themselves specifically using QRS because the
captured image itself would define which stations were audible.
It's possible that 30 to 50 lowfer transmissions could fit in a 4 Hz band,
and that a single capture could actually define which stations were being
heard. Every capture posted would be a tremendous asset because so much
information would be displayed on each stations capture!
Has anyone thought about this??

I've tried receiving via a 40 meter dipole and a random wire-it doesn't
work. I hope to put up a loop in the Spring. I can barely hear the 2 DGPS
stations in Maine (and they are within 50 miles of my qth). I'm not sure
whether the receiver or the antenna is the problem, maybe a bit of both:>:
