Think ya got your loop wires crossed, Mike. You can't set things to the 
"full loop current" value per the chart. You have to peak the Vcc current 
with the tuning cap. Then you look at the input power. If more or less than 
1w you change the transformer tap so that you see 1w. Then you take a loop 
current reading after all is over to determine how good a job you have done. 
You can also calculate the Rac from 1/I^2 . I need to know this number.
