[Lowfer] Testing tonight

Saw traces of WE0H last night around 11:30P on the vertical. It was the
only signal.

This AM at 3:30 & 7:30 still the only signal, but a more solid
display.

Part of the time was spent looking for low MedFER (LoMfer / HiMfer? )
NC - nothing.

It was working when you email me the first time last night and now I

signal is rock solid on the Grabber. Finally the band is back to
normal.
