[Lowfer] Testing tonight

No adjusting tonight as I got home late. I will do the transformer Saturday
as I am machining up some custom car parts tomorrow afternoon after work.

The conditions out east sure suck. The grabber hardly showed anyone last
night and it looks like crap tonight already. Must be high absorption or the
D-layer isn't disappearing at night like it should.

What's the status of the E/W loop tonight? I'd like to make some
measurements down here but need to have a stable signal from you for about
1/2 hour. What time will you be done with any adjusting? You can pick up
later when I get back.
