From your thorough work so far, Denis, I expect that you will be making 
careful measurements to determine the Rac of this line. I calculate 0.15 
ohms for my 200ft long .625 OD Cu pipe plus another 0.21 to 0.33 ohms, 
depending on the soild moisture content. Hope we can determine the ratio of 
Al to Cu Rac from your data. Could be close to the DC value of about 1.5.
