[Lowfer] NC Lo-Medfer 2nd best DX report.

EXCELLENT work, Dex.  I am WAY impressed.  I've NEVER had a report from my 
MedFER -- except from me.  My best DX so far is 10 miles.  That, though, 
was with a non-ssb receiver -- signal beating against BCB carriers.  I 
suspect I could get a few more miles with my ssb receiver -- I'll try that 
this weekend.

EXCELLENT work, Dex.  I am WAY impressed -- I mean it.
