Another Part 5 --

As posted on the LWCA List, Robert Bicking, who operated RB last
season, reported this news.
"After almost 5 months, my application for a 137 kHz experimental
license was granted.
 Don't listen for it until sometime in March as we are on vacation in
Fla. "

Robert is in NW IL and about 50 miles west of me. His old RB was a
ready ARGO and antenna tune up source. He had built a 137 tx in
anticipation for the doomed 137 amateur band. Expect it will be ready
for his new license soon after returning. Way to go, Robert.
