For timed screen captures you might consider this...
For several years, I've used a macro recorder program called Phantom for Windows. It not only records and plays back keystrokes, but it also creates scripts that can be edited, and it has its own command set that can be used to manipulate files and filenames, move data using the Clipboard, etc. A built-in timer can also execute the scripts per a schedule. I think its about $85, but its not just a one-trick pony for the screen capture & post task.
