Subject: [Lowfer] Status of WC2XSR/13 & ARGO Online

Hello everyone!

I have temporarily shut down the transmitter of WC2XSR/13 after many
months of continuous operation. I will be using the antenna system for
RX on 185 +/- for a while. I'll also be making some antenna system
modifications and

Right now I have ARGO set for 30 sec dots, normal speed, centered on
185.3000. Should I be using something different to be able to capture
as many of you guys as possible? It'll be a tough job this far south,
but condx are pretty good right now, with very little thunderstorm
activity around here, but I can sure hear the ones in Mexico and SA
crashing through tonight.

Since the TX is off the air, in place of my on-line TX meter reading
page, I have put up an On-Line ARGO capture screen. It's available at
my local server, www dot w5jgv dot dyndns dot org. Click on the ARGO
viewer link. File size is hi-res about 330kb. It's updated once a
minute. The page does not auto-update like my TX meter page does; you
have to F5 or press the refresh button to update the page view.

73,

Ralph W5JGV - WC2XSR/13
