   as the politicians say in TV when interviewed : "Thanks for posing 
this question"
Why I am thanking you? Because I wanted to double check before giving
an inaccurate answer, and this double checking made me discover a
small bug in that amplitude handling. The intended range (which after the
correction is also the actual range) is 0.95 .. 1.05 i.e. the amplitude
of the right channel can be varied from 95% to 105% of that of the
left channel. The bug was that the 100% position wasn't in the middle of
the range, so maybe you find that the slider position for best rejection is
in the lower half.
After posting this message I will upload the corrected version, without
changing the version number.

If you, or someone else, deem that that range is inadequate, it is a matter
of seconds to increase it, the drawback being that the adjustment will
become a bit more critical.
