[Lowfer] Lo and Hi NC Medfers, both online

Larry asked me last night if the 510.510 kHz Medfer was on.  I told him
it was and he did get fair copy of it about 4 a.m. this morning.  Today
I checked the Lo-Medfer and found the power down a little at about 65
mw.  Today I peaked the antenna and now have both Medfers running
exactly the same power at 100 mw.  This should be a good test to show
the difference between the two ends of the band.

At 4 p.m. local today Dale Parfitt was seeing the Hi-Medfer very nicely
at 160 miles.
