[Lowfer] UWL LowFER QSL cards

I just received a note from one of you (you know who you are :) reminding 
me that he logged my LowFER UWL recently.

I've (possibly mistakenly) thought that the signal reports I received this 
season were from folks whom received QSL cards for that beacon *last* 
season.

So please, if you've logged my LowFER UWL and have not received a QSL 
card, please let me know.  I have QSL cards for that beacon ready to go.
