[Lowfer] NC Hi-Medfer First Day Success!

Well I never thought this beacon would be seen by so many so soon.
Looks like our new reception tools will allow us to once again use this
part of the spectrum.  Paul Cianciolo's test Hi-Medfer showed us this a
few months ago and I think this test has proved it.

I designed this beacon to only send an identifiable signal but now I
believe I need to separate the the exciter from the power amp so that I
can run other modes.

Confirmed reception reports have been received from the following listed
in order received.  Order received does not necessarily indicate who was
first to see the signal so all will get a 1st day QSL.
