Hi, Kurt,

Boy, do I understand...I too am underwhelmed with LookOut.  My suggestion 
would be to try PINE (http://www.washington.edu/pine).  If you happen to 
be one of the people still using windows, that's ok -- you can get 
PC-PINE.
