[Lowfer] JASON and ZL1BPU exciter

Hi, all,

One thing I've learned so far about using JASON with Murray's exciter is 
that (in the exciter) W must be set to 00 while in mode M6 or else it will 
not accept control from the program.  W has no effect (that I've observed 
:) while in the usual ASK mode M1, so I didn't pay any attention to it at 
first.  Definitely must be set to 00 (which is rarely the power-on 
default) for M6.

I don't know how many of you have built one of these, but I know of one 
for sure, and maybe more ... so I'll share what I learn as I learn it.
