[Lowfer] Lowfer Station Picture Gallery

This started out as a messy work bench page but it evolved into much
more.  After building a picture page I was introduced to a picture
gallery software which is easy to create, add to and modify.  It is easy
to navigate once you learn the function of the arrows.  While on an
operator's gallery just click on the double arrows to view all pics in
that gallery.  No need to use back and click a new picture.  When
finished with that gallery you can return to main page by clicking on
"Lowfer Operator Picture Gallery"   There are other features like "slide
show" and "leave comments".

Let me know where the errors are as I'm sure there are some.  For those
not present send me your photos.  I will announce whenever a new
operator has been added.
