Do you suppose I can bring it back to life by reversing the 12 volt supply?

I'm just darned happy that I had another one of these boards pretty much
made up. TAG is now running from a 10 MHz freq. standard, so my drifting
problems should be over. The exciter sports TWO DDS chips! The new one
generates 4294.967295 kHz from the 10 MHz standard, and the old one uses
that to generate LF in exact 1 milliHertz steps. Gets around a problem with
32 bit integer math.
