Hello All,

I just switched on the pair of 4CX1500B's and now running full legal
limit...wishful thinking!

After reducing resonant capacitance by approx 500pF and adding 2 turns to
the coupling transformer, LowFER beacon 'DPC' is now running 0.994 watts
input as measured out at the antenna. Frequency remains at 173.498 KHz
transmitting QRSS-30. Loop antenna oriented N/S. Transmitter and antenna
pics to be posted on my website in the near future.

John, could you send me another screen capture around the same time as
yesterday to compare?

73,
Denis

Subject: [Lowfer] 'DPC' Transmitting 173.498 KHz QRSS-30

Hello and Happy New Year!

Lowfer station DPC is now transmitting QRSS-30 on 173.498 KHz via Ashlock TX
final and 50' x 50' RG-8 coax loop N/S orientation. I still have to work out
some bugs but would appreciate any reception reports.

Exciter is an Epson oscillator and MOSFET driver 12 Vp-p operated in shack
and keyed via QRS 3.17.

Thanks,
