I never had a problem but I think I remember one 0f them
wanted to reset your audio inputs and it sounds like that
may have happened 

just remember I spent an hour trying to figure where my puter
sound went and then remembered I had turned off the speaker
I thought a cluttered work bench revolved around a clear mind
but I guess not always
